Mr. Khaleefa Butti Omair, a national of the United Arab Emirates, with over 13 years experience in investment management.
He joined ADNOC in 2003, working in the Finance Department, where his educational background uniquely positioned him to gain further strategic insights into Abu Dhabi’s financial sector.
In 2006, Mr. Khaleefa was appointed to the position of Chairman and CEO of Brokerage House Securities LLC, further broadening his financial and business acumen.  He is also the major shareholder of Brokerage House Securities LLC.
Following years of experience with international and MENA public and private equity markets, Mr. Khaleefa went on to establish Khaleefa Butti Omair Group (KBBO Group).  KBBO Group has emerged as among the most successful investment groups in Abu Dhabi with a diversified portfolio of companies spanning finance, real estate, healthcare, trading, defense and technology.  Among KBBO Group’s holdings is One Financial Markets, a UK-based and FSA-regulated financial services company with operations covering the UK, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan and other areas in the Middle East.  Mr. Khaleefa is also the founder and the major shareholder of One Financial Markets.
Mr. Khaleefa serves as Chairman and board member of several organizations.  He currently holds the role of Chairman for KBBO Group, Bin Butti International Holding, Infinite Investment, Travelex, BHS LLC and One Financial Markets. He is also the Executive Chairman of Cosmesurge Emirates Hospital and Executive Vice Chairman of Centurion Investment.  Mr. Khaleefa also serves as a board member for Al Nimr Automotive. He was also previously Vice Chairman of NMC Health where he led the IPO in 2012 on the London Stock Exchange.

Dr. FAISEL AHMED GERGAB  - Vice Chairman

Dr. Faisel Gergab was appointed as the Chairman of the board of the Libya Post, Telecommunication & Information Holding Company (LPTIC) in March 2013. Dr Gergab has the overall responsibility for managing the ICT sector in Libya. LPTIC’s portfolio includes the two mobile operators (Libayan & Al Madar), four fixed line operators (Hatif Libya, Al Jeel, Libya International Telecoms Company and Libya Telecoms & Technology Company), the real estate operator (Al Bouniya) and the Libyan Post Company.
Dr. Gergab sits on the board of directors of the Libyan Investment Authority (Libyan Sovereign Wealth Fund).
Dr. Gergab has around 18 yeas work experience; he began his career in 1997 as a research fellow at the University of Surrey where he received his PhD in Asset Integrity.
Dr. Gergab was an Oil & Gas Executive with many years of experience in upstream, midstream and downstream projects. Graduated from Oxford University with a BSc in Civil Engineering. He later obtained an MSc and PhD in managing asset integrity from the University of Surrey, UK where he is Chartered member of the Institute of civil engineers and PMI certified senior project manager. He has also published several publications on durability of offshore and onshore facilities.
Dr. Gergab started his career in London as the head of the Oil and Gas division in an international engineering consultant and later joined Shell where he held Senior Project Management Positions for flagship capital offshore and onshore projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
During the recent Libyan revolution, Dr. Faisel Gergab was appointed by the National Transitional Council’s Executive Office as the Program Manager for the Libya Stabilization Team (LST), a role he held from March to November 2011. The Stabilization team was set-up by the then Executive Office as a Post-Conflict Restoration unit responsible for restoring normality and kick-starting key functions within the government post-liberation of Libya.

H.E. Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi, a national of the United Arab Emirates was born in UAE in 1969. He graduated in 1992 with a B.A. in Business Administration in Management from Emirates University, UAE.
After completing several graduate courses in the United States of America, he joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as a Senior Analyst specializing in the US market from 1992 through 1997 he was responsible for analyzing US companies for investment opportunities and preparing recommendations for selling and buying shares.
In 1997, Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi was seconded to the Privatization Committee for the Water & Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (PCWES) as a Director for the Independent Water and Power Producers Projects (IWPP). On the first of January 1999 after the issuance of the Transfer Scheme, H.E. Al Nuaimi became the Director of Privatization of ADWEA.
Along with his position as ADWEA Advisor and the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Company (ADWEC), Abu Dhabi Transmission and Dispatch Company (TRANSCO), Taweelah Asia Power Company. Also Vice Chairman of First Energy Bank and Board member of Sohar Aluminum.
Previously His Excellency has held the positions of Director General of ADWEA and Director of Privatization in ADWEA, the Chairman of Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC), Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TAQA, Chairman of Al Wathbah Central Services Company, Board member of Oman Insurance Company and Madaares, Federal Electricity and Water Authority

MATAR M. AL BLOOSHI – Board Member

Mr. Mater Al Blooshi, a national of the United Arab Emirates, with over 20 years experience in financial and fund management industry. He started his career in January 1992 with the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates as a Dealer in the treasury department. In July 1995 he joined Abu Dhabi Investment Company as a Portfolio Manager, in June 1998 he joined First Gulf Bank as Head of Treasury & Investment Division and then he moved to National Bank of Abu Dhabi in March 2001 as a Head of Foreign Exchange and Commodities Department. In February 2005 Mr. Al Blooshi became the Head of Domestic Capital Market Group and the General Manager of Abu Dhabi Financial Services (Subsidiary of National Bank of Abu Dhabi) and he was given the title of Senior Manager / Asset Management Group in October 2006. Currently Mr. Al Blooshi is the Chief Investment Officer at Das Holding LLC, a Member of the Board of Directors of Etisalat Misr and Chairman of Maalem Holdings in Bahrain.
Mr. Al Blooshi is a hard working group leader, with excellent interpersonal analytical and problem solving skills and building numerous contacts within the investment arena.

MOHAMED SHUKRI GHANEM - Board Member

Mr. Mohamed Ghanem brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the regional financing market and in global energy issues including business development, project financing as well as the origination of advisory assignments relating to oil, oil field, natural gas and power generation segments.
Prior to joining First Energy Bank, Mr. Ghanem worked at Arab Banking Corporation (BSC) (“ABC”) and GED Handles G.m.b.H., Vienna.
Mr. Ghanem is a board member of the following entities:

• Chairman of ADCAN Pharma LLC – UAE.
